ACF escaping html in rich text editor field in Advanced Ads plugin

We have a problem with ACF escaping html in a rich text editor field in another plugin Advanced Ads Pro, which is breaking display of Ads on the front end of our site. This is a recent issue that we discovered when editing and saving the rich text field. Has anyone else had this issue recently with ACF affecting other plugins rich text fields? It must be a fairly recent plugin upgrade causing this.
