acf custom post type sort by date

Hi all. and sorry if I posted this in this forum.
what with WordPress and their scams.

I’ve this error in my acf that when I try to sort the posts by date, I need to have them sorted manually everyday.

I did not have this problem with the last 3 updates so it can be noted it happened recently.
Can you please take a look at this?
