ACF color picker does not view?

i have problem with ACF color picker…it does not work or it is better to say it does not show in the WP panel. i deactivated all the plugins but i still get the same eror…i have installed latest version of ACF

I have the same problem on 5.8.0. The html is compiled, but it’s not visible.
