I am using ACF 4.4.0 and I have many checkboxes. Checkboxes are formatted like this…
0 : checkbox 0
1 : checkbox 1
2 : checkbox 2
3 : checkbox 3
4 : checkbox 4
5 : checkbox 5
6 : checkbox 6
When creating a new post, the first item in the checkbox is always checked. When uncheck and save the post, that checkbox comes back. This happens to all my checkbox’s fields. I want default to nothing got checked. Please help, thank you.

Thanks for the post.
New to version 5 of the plugin is the option to include some label : value sets as the default values on the field type.
Leaving this option blank will render the field without any default value.
