ACF Block that has data if it's inside columns block

Is there a method to get information about whether an ACF block has been placed inside Gutenberg columns -block? And additionally, it would be good to know other settings of that block: alignment, number of columns.

That way, I could echo a more appropriate sized image to use inside ACF block in case it is in 33/33/33 columns structure than 100% wide.
