ACF Basik File Addon not working

Hi Elliot,

i’m using ACF Basik File Addon mention by you in this thread (http://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/acf-add-image-by-user-gravity-form/)

when i check this field in back-end it only saves name of the file, their is no file in media literary.

plz advise on this issue.
