I’m using ACF in combination with a couple custom post types to display a resource library using Posts Table Pro.
Almost everything is working as desired, but I would like an image associated with each of my resource types, i.e., links in the library get a little globe icon, PDFs a document icon, etc.
I think the way to do that is to use ACF to give the user the ability to set am image for each category, and then use ACF to set create another field that gives PTP what it needs to display the image.
It’s that last step which has me stuck. Is there anyone with advice here? If I’m approaching this wrong, I’d like to know, but if not, am I just missing a setting that ACF provides?

If the table that you want to modify is being displayed by the other plugin (PTP), then you’d have to have a way to modify what it’s showing. You should be looking for a filter in that plugin that will let you alter the content.
