Using acf_inline_text_editing_attrs() crashes my whole browser tab if I don’t save the newly added block before. I can select the field I want to edit, but as soon as I start typing, the browser tab crashes without any response; even the key I pressed isn’t visible in the inline editor field.
Perhaps this information is helpful. I have an accordion group and use InnerBlocks for the individual accordion. acf_inline_text_editing_attrs() is called in the accordion, i.e. inside an InnerBlock.

Thanks for the quick fix. I’ve just noticed that the Button Group field isn’t clickable when placed inside an InnerBlocks. I’m not sure whether this is related. I switched it to a selection field until this issue is resolved.
Good catch, interestingly I am replicating this on ACF Blocks v2 as well (not just inline editing). It seems to have something to do with InnerBlocks specifically, and the Button Group Field.
