ACF 5 PRO and themes for sale

Hi Elliot

Can we include ACF PRO as a plugin using the TGM class, so the users can update the plugin when you release new updates or do we have to make it part of the theme?

Will the ACF_LITE constant still be available?

No, You can distribute ACF Pro in a premium theme but you cannot provide the purchaser of your theme with your ACF activation key. Either you ACF and supply supply and update for your theme that the user then updates or they must purchase a license to update ACF Pro.
