I am Arlind Nushi, theme developer of Kalium theme. We were always happy with your product and it was always great to work with you. However, we have encountered in few problems with the new release, or more exactly at the upgrade from 4 to 5.
To demonstrate the bugs I have created fresh WP install and only installed ACF5 (basic), so the issue in words has to do with “location/conditional fields” (see https://d.pr/i/37xp93 ). In previous versions it worked perfectly fine however now, our custom location fields are not reflecting on field changes (previously triggered on “acf/update_field_groups” event).
I have created a simple “location” rule and tested but it doesn’t, see the video:

It requires page refresh in order for location/conditional fields to appear
I have explicitly called
acf.screen.check();
But no luck!

Can you please help me with this?
I’m experiencing the same issue but only when Gutenberg is active.
