ACF 5.8.3 to ACF Pro 6.2.1.1

Hello!,

I have update the ACF 5.8.3 to Pro 6.2.1.1.
After the update, I have seen issues on the menu, where the custom post type menu options is not showing.

Any ideas to fix this issues.

Did you also update WP from an older version, say from the 4.0 to 4.3 range (or earlier) to the most recent version?

I have updated WP 6.3.1 and ACF Pro 6.1.0, right now it’s working by adding register_post_type in functions.php. Is this good way or should be shown automatically.

Yes, but what version of WP was in use before you started updating?

And how did you update, did you update more than 2 major versions.

In most cases you cannot go directly from an extremely old version of WP or a plugin to new version without causing issues.
