Sorry I didnt know where to put this and cant find a way to contact any members of staff. Our ACF account apepars to have been closed, however we have purchased add-ons before, and were hoping to log back in to download purchased items again, however we cant log in and http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/store/account/ refuses to acknowledge that we ever had an account, even though we have original emails showing invoices and once before when we reset the password. Currently i’ve had to set up another account, which as a note cannot be used to log into the above section either, instead i’ve had to login via the forum sign in process… Is there anyway to recover our account to regain access?? If an Admin can contact us on this email address I can deliver more details.
