A form has changed the way it looks

Hi we recently updated ACF Frontend on our live site and the form for our member businesses to log in and amend their page has changed and is not as user friendly. I have attached two screenshots – one shows the old form on the development site and the other shows the new form on the live site. Is there an easy fix for this? Much appreciated.

The ACF Front End plugin is not maintained by ACF. If there is a change/issue in that plugin you need to contact the developer of that plugin.
