  I’m testing ACF 5.7.7 on WordPress 5.8.0-beta1. I Created a simple text field to post type, but it doesn’t show on the post form page. Enabling the classic editor, the field is showed normally.

  Your version numbers are a little confusing, can you please confirm which versions of the following are you using?
  – ACF PRO
  – Gutenberg
  – WordPress

  Hi,

  Same problem!

  I tried ACF 5.8.0-beta & also the current available version (free) in wp.org with WP 5 beta version & none of the ACF plugin worked.

  Hey @elliot. Here what I’m using:

  – ACF PRO: 5.8.0-beta1 (also tested in ACF 5.7.7)
  – Gutenberg: in this WP version, the plugin was merged to the core
  – WordPress: 5.0-beta1-43823

  This works for me. I can see the metaboxes with custom fields now.
