Clone fields will do the part of having fields shared in groups.
But this will be problematic when it comes to searching and filtering posts. Clone fields are stored in much the same way as repeater and flex fields making the data complicated to search. In addition to this, any of the field types besides those listed under “Basic” are also difficult to search and filter by because they store serialized data or other types of things like ID references.
Your choices for searching these fields is either to find a search plugin that has an ACF add on like https://facetwp.com/ or to convert the data in the fields to something searchable when the post is saved, this post of mine give the general idea of how to do this https://acfextras.com/dont-query-repeaters/.
