It would probably be better to select where you want the field group instead of where you don’t want it. But I’m not exactly sure where you want it to be.
Where do you want it to be shown? On “Posts”?
But you want to exclude a category?
Post Type is equal to Post
and
Post Category is not equal to Your Category
