I don’t see anything in this template that is getting or displaying the values from the fields that you created in the ACF field group you attached earlier. For example, the first field in that group is named formazione and I would expect to see one of the following things in the template: get_field('formazione');, the_field('formazione') or get_post_meta(get_the_id(), 'formazione', true);
