Could you please check if there’s a JS conflict on the page? You can find the JS error message by checking the developer tools on your browser.
If you find something about Google Maps API key, please make sure that you have added the API key. This page should give you more idea about it: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/google-map/#google-map%20api.
If you find other error messages, could you please try to reproduce the issue on one of the WordPress’ stock themes (like Twenty Sixteen) with other plugins deactivated? If it disappears, then you can activate the theme and plugins one by one to see which one causes the issue.
