@websul If your Repeater Field name is Agenda, you might be able to use something like this:

// check if the repeater field has rows of data
if( have_rows('agenda') ):

echo '<ul>';

    // loop through the rows of data
    while ( have_rows('agenda') ) : the_row();

       echo '<li>';

        // display a sub field value
          $values = get_sub_field('user_field_name');
            if($values)

            }

    endwhile;

echo '</ul>';

else :
    // no rows found
endif;
