@sammy262 have you also tried just deactivating the add ons you’re using but keeping ACF core? Also, can you check the console in chrome (or firebug) if there’s any JS errors occurring when trying to access the library.
@abuky same for you, can you check if you’re getting any JS errors?
Also, @sammy262 is your test environment exactly the same as the live one?
