The issue appeared with WordPress 6.7.x and is still present in WordPress 6.8.x. With WordPress 6.6.x, there were no problems.
The workaround suggested by benalia – check “Delay Initialization” for WYSIWYG fields – only provides a temporary fix, because as soon as TinyMCE is loaded in a WYSIWYG field, the issue comes back.
Is there anything planned to fix this ? In WordPress core ? In ACF ?
