WP Default Custom Fields gone after ACF Database Upgrade

Hello i got an issue when upgrading the database using acf pro, i have some WP native custom fields that for some reason disappears. (see attachments).
is this normal? can’t use WP native custom fields with ACF PRO?

There was a change in ACF 5.6.0 that removes the default WP meta box for custom fields by default. See the settings section of this post https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/blog/acf-pro-5-6-0-ui-ux/
