So the way Soo subs work, when a user re-subscribes for example, a new subscription is created from the old one. This means any custom field data I have set on that subscription is now tied to a different postid. Is there any way to have an ACF field copy to the new subscription?
I know that Woo keeps a permanent subscription cache tying all postids together for each users subscription using a post_parent id, that sounds convenient, but I’m not sure how to tie it to that either.
Could you not tie the data to the user or order?
If its linked to the user, then you can add it only if they’ve got an active subscription role
Might be easier than trying to constantly work out the new sub ID
