I’ve actually opened a ticket asking this question, as it seems to constantly baffle me, that I can’t to find my tickets (open or closed) in this ‘system’, UX, anyone?
So, while I wait for someone to answer that ticket, I might as well ask someone in here …
i agree… wanted to make a ticket for this also?! i want to add info to my ticket but seem to be unable to do so….
