When I activate ACF the post content editor dissapears

Hi,

I am working on the site of a client, live ACF works just fine, but when I run it locally if ACF is activated the posts content creator disappear, I can see it when I am logging in but it disappears and it is replaced by the ACF container. Any ideas what could it be?

Are the two setups identical?

There is an option in Field Groups to hide the Content Editor, could that have been set by mistake?

The themes are identical, now in terms of set up, as far as I can see they are identical as well, I checked for that option and in both cases it is unchecked.
