Validate Unique Repeater Combination from other Posts in Database

At the moment I try to build a solution where I can validate the uniqueness of a combination of values inside a repeater field against combinations in other posts.

So there each post can hold various numbers of service – postalcode area combinations.

Anyone could help me here?
