Using ACF checkbox to create 'property features' list for Real Estate website

Hi
I’m creating a real estate website, using WP, elementor Pro and ACF Pro.
At the moment my ‘Property Features’ returns on the front end as a horizontal text area. E.g. Property features: Pool, Fireplace, Kitchen, Dining area, Scullery etc.
I want it to display individually with all features on the front end in a type of column and list. (See attached) The features that are available are black and marked with a tick and the features that are unavailable are grayed out and marked with a cross.
How can I achieve this layout?
