Using a shortcode for another plugin within ACF issue

Hi, I developed a short code plugin to show a content (text & image) bellow the post, and I used ACF plugin to display the short code but it only shows the short code tag ([rim_sig id=’4788′ /]) not the actual content,

how can i solve this problem.

How have you used ACF?

The issue is probably that ACF does not allow for shortcodes to be rendered the way you want.

I am trying to use it from the Select option, I want to select short codes from a drop-down menu from the post.

Can you please attach some screenshots of the backend / front end of the field?
What field type are you using?
What code are you using to add your shortcode?
