Use options page data in another field

Hello, I am working on a project and wanted to know if anyone has done this or if they know if it would be doable.

I would like to make an options page where someone can input different car makes and models I know this is doable but would it be possible for the information that is input on the options page to be used as an option on a selection field in another custom field for a post type.

Any help that someone can give would be helpful.

Yes, this is. See this page https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/dynamically-populate-a-select-fields-choices/. The only difference is that you’d get the field choices from your options page values.
