(urgent) get_sub_field() from image returning empty

It was working fine but I added a field to the group and after pressing update all the images were gone. When I use if(have_rows(‘portal-items’)) the pages loades for a while and then I get a critical error. When I use $image = get_sub_field(‘portal-image’) it’s empty.
