Update settings "blogdescription" via new input field set in acf options

Hi everyone, i’m fairly new with ACF and not entirely familiar with the processus to do the following request :

I got a new field created with ACF in the Options page.
I’d like this field to overwrite the “blogdescription” in the settings page

What hook and function should be call to do this and in which page (function.php ? acf-options-page.php ? in the theme folder ?)

If you can guide me that would me much appreciated, if not if you can refer to any topic/url that might do
