Update a field group created by PHP

Hello,

I’ve created a field group using acf_add_local_field_group().

But now I’ve to change some settings of this group, e.g. set ‘active’ to 0.

So, I changed the setting in acf_add_local_field_group() but the changes are not working.

How do I change settings for a field group that is created via PHP?
