Update 6.4.0.1 not working

Hello,

I’m trying to update ACF Pro from version 6.3.12 to 6.4.0.1.

However, there is throwing an error when trying to download the new version.
It could be due to firewall settings.

How can I update the plugin?
Is it possible to upload the newest version to wordpress, deactivate the old one, activate the new version and then delete the old version? Won’t it break the database and the post types that we already have created?
