Time picker does not have the correct return value when imported with local JSON

ACF Version: 5.8.7
Wordpress version: 5.3

When importing/syncing a time picker filed, the return value does not import correctly. For example, the return value in my JSON file is “H\hi” but the value changes to “Hhi” when imported.
