Timber Options Field

Have a little rendering problem.

Have my twig template and function setup like…
https://timber.github.io/docs/guides/acf-cookbook/#use-options-info-site-wide

But when it renders, it outputs as text, not HTML. This feels like a stupid question but I am not familiar with Timber at all.

FUNCTION FILE:

add_filter( 'timber_context', 'mytheme_timber_context'  );

function mytheme_timber_context( $context ) {
    $context['options'] = get_fields('options');
    return $context;
}

TWIG TEMPLATE:
{{ options.checkmark_1_text }}
