Theme Options fields as a Dashboard widget?

Hi there, I am planning to create an Options Page for my current project. I anticipate that website admins will be visiting this page a lot so I’m thinking of ways I can streamline their workflow. It would be great if I can render the custom fields in a custom Dashboard Widget. This way, website admins can change settings right from the Dashboard and not have to click to the Options page. Any ideas if this is possible? How might I get started with this? Thank you
