Taxonomy Term Radio not importing/exporting

I retried on 2 fresh installs and it failed each time. ACF pro 5 latest.
The Taxonomy term location rules won’t import/export with the WP importer,
at least this is verified with radio button.

Please Elliot can you fix this or point me to where I can fix it for everyone.
