Sync data between 2 websites

Working on a website that basically uses lots of ACF fields and ACF options pages with repeaters and blocks…
And, we need to build some sort of solution to synchronise the data itself (not just the normal field groups) from the live website to its staging version…
I’ve found several plugins that can sync ACF free fields data, but none does that with ACF pro fields…

Did you ever figure this one out, I am at the same point.
