We didn’t have a link to this field at the start of NS (July 2021), but another similar list was published on SO. The field was jumbled up while cleaning up old reports this week, so now we have a new list that is on the Customer record and linked to SO, but anything before yesterday has the field and it is blank. When I run a report after selecting the correct category on the SO, it only shows SOs made since yesterday. So, to summarize, we can no longer run our reports by Category (a major issue)…. we have a field named Category that appears on the Sales Order List but does not appear to exist anywhere else – completely perplexing.
