Sort repeater field through multiple date sub fields

So basically, I have multiple date fields as sub field in my repeater (coe_expiry, warranty_expiry, insurance_expiry) and would like to display all of the expiry date fields. Something that would look like this:

COE Expiry (Honda)
February 23, 2019
7 days remaining.

COE Expiry (Chevrolet)
March 9, 2019

Warranty Expiry (Chevrolet)
March 23, 2019

Really don’t know where to start as most solved problems are only for one date sub field. Thanks.
