show field based on stock level

Hi,

Got a field showing in all products with date for ‘back in stock’ but i would like to have a function/condition that disables this field on front-end when product are in stock.

I know i can manually delete the date, but i import new stocklevels two times a week and would love to have this automated, since my ‘not in stock’ products can be anywhere from 1 to 45+ products.
