Show few images in Library on "uploaded to post"

Hi,
I wonder if it’s possible to display only a selected number of images in the Library when a user wants to upload a photo?
– If it’s on “Uploaded to post” it only displays images uploaded to current post
– If it’s on “All” it display the images I want but also all of the other media that’s uploaded.
Is there a way to limit to post + a X amount of selected images?! Maybe uploaded by admin?
