show all childes option in parent

i’v created option page in my site

edit content (parent)
header (child)
footer (child)

i put some options in childes ( header,footer )
i want to all options tha i created in childes showing om parent ( edit content )
how can i do that ?

1) move all the fields to the field group on the parent options page

2) Clone all of the field in the field groups on the child options page to the field group in the parent options page.
