Show age based on date in a separate field?

I’ve tried several snippets from this forum but can’t get it right.

I got one field named Geboren and in that one the date picker is selected.

Then I got a field named Leeftijd where I want to show the age based on the date.

The date format is d/m/Y.

I hope someone can provide me the snippet because it’s quite an important part 👍
