Set Title, Caption and Description from ACF

Hi all,
In the post page I have inserted an image field with the field name “_thumbnail_id” and ACF simply added the featured image for me.

I am trying to do the same thing with the Title, Caption and Description of the featured image.

But so far I have not been able to find the meta_keys, as for the image, to reproduce the fields.

Does anyone have any ideas?
