Select2 single value mode not accept html

Hello!

When i try use html inside select2 field work’s fine on dropdown

But when i select the option, it’s not showing the icon like in the dropdown

And the strange part is, when i active the multiple value to select field, the html code work’s fine

Someone has a tip to make this work with select2 with single value?
