Search form field in posts dropdown (Post Object)

When I have so many posts for the post object dropdown it’s gets hard for the users to select the proper post to link to. How do I add a custom search form that searches a post’s title? I’ll probably use jQuery’s autocomplete http://jqueryui.com/autocomplete/

I can work with filters if that’s the way I just need to know where to start working.

I should be using Relationship instead of Post Object. Gahhh.
