Search for post in post object field, create new post if no match

It would be great if users could search for a post in a post object field and have the option to create a new one if there are no matches.

A lot of my clients like to quickly create all the posts, related items and then add the rest of the content later on. This would save a lot of time as a lot of the project posts can have 20 related items or more.

I am so in need of this ability. Trying to find other ways around it in the current version but what I find is outdated or not working.
