Repeater Sub Groups Missing Back End

I’ve had issues with repeater field sub groups not showing on the back end of the site. I’m not running a new licence (old repeater plugin I purchased) so guessing that’s probably why, but wanted to see if there’s anything else as I don’t want to need to grab a new licence again for something I already had. I’d imported them from another build and they load to add on the page edit part, but I can’t see or edit them from ACF back end.

Is this the cause, and if so, can someone advise what version of the ACF main plugin would allow the fields to show up again? Image attached.

Updated – rolled back to 6.0 and seems to have come back – guessing that’s what I’ll need to stick at to keep the issue above from happening? Thanks
