repeater show/hide save wysiwyg content permanently

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request. I have a repeater field with text input, checkbox, textarea. If checkbox is checked textarea is visible, unchecked it gets hidden. So suppose a person inputs some text into the wysiwyg, clicks publish/update then goes back and unchecks the checkbox ( wysiwyg gets hidden), then clicks update, and then checks the checkbox to show the wysiwyg. I am pretty sure they will expect the text to still be there, which it is not right now.
